After the original purchase year, software updates and "Top Level" support are available on a yearly basis at a reasonable cost based on the support options you choose. The yearly cost is based on the edition you select and everyone gets the same high level of support.

We pride ourselves in personally answering the phone during business hours and promptly return calls when paged after hours based on the support options you choose. You can rest assured that when you purchase support for the year, you will always have the most up to date version of the software that is available. We don't charge you extra every time a new version is released.
