1. Have the list of items you would like to order ready. For easier ordering, fill out an order form before you call.
2. Checks, money orders, credit cards or CODs accepted ($5.00 extra charge for COD). County or state agencies may submit purchase orders. All customers on our annual maintenance support plan do not need to send money. We will invoice you after the product ships.

Order by mail

1. Fill out the information requested on the order form. Be sure to include correct address information and telephone number.
2. Include you check, money order, or purchase order number. Support and maintenance customers need not send money. We will invoice you when the product ships.

Our Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our products, simply contact us for a product refund or exchange. Some products, like the laser entry tags or laser index cars may not work on all models of printers due to the thickness of the card stock. Please read the important information about the cards before placing your order. If the cards or tags will not feed or print properly, we will refund the full amount of the laser card order Computer checks are non returnable unless the product is defective. Defective diskettes are shipped free of charge. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping and Handling
The actual shipping costs, plus a $3.00 handling charge will be added to your order. Please see the price sheet for shipping information. Call MarTech Systems for shipping rates if you are prepaying your order. We ship UPS Ground and USPS Priority mail. Over night and 2nd day shipping is available. Orders may be split and may not all reach their destination at the same time.
