We have been working with some county data, and have come across a new twist. They had no Group Enrollments, only member data. The Club/Unit count was too high - more than the number of clubs in the master club file.

Upon investigation, we found that they actually had two different county codes in their member file. As the program was scanning the member file for club codes and checking it against the master club file, it was finding members in each club with different county codes. This was inflating the club/unit count. We cleaned up the database and the report printed correctly.

We have to use the county code together with the club code when doing a unit count because we have some states that have two county data bases together and need to make the separation.

If the club/unit count is too high, check those county codes.
