Version 3.1 Updates
MarTech Systems, Inc. is pleased to announce that version 3.1.10.0409 of the Blue Ribbon Fair Management System was released April 12, 2010. For those of you who need the software quickly, just send us an email, and we will respond to you with an email and instructions for downloading version 3.1.
We are also pleased to announce that version 3.1.10.0409 of the Blue Ribbon Fair Management System is now available for the following operating systems:
32-Bit Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 systems.
64-Bit Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 systems.
Only “Compatible with Windows® 7” software and devices have passed Microsoft-designed tests for compatibility and reliability on PCs running the Windows 7 operating system. “Compatible with Windows 7” products install without worry and run reliably with Windows 7.
Please refer to this page frequently, as this is the official location for software updates to the Blue Ribbon Fair Management System. Software updates are usually posted two or three times a year. We are constantly adding new features and capabilities to our software system, along with refining the existing features. Normally incremental updates are posted once or twice during the fair season. Checking this page regularly assures you that you receive the latest features for the Blue Ribbon Fair Management System.
If you wish to receive an automatic notification of an incremental update, please supply your email address and fair name by submitting our contact form . We will then update your fair's records, so that you are automatically notified when a software update is released.

Before installing any software update to the Blue Ribbon Fair Management program, close down all programs that are currently running on your computer. This also includes any programs, such as virus scanners, etc, that you may have running in the background. Programs that are open at the time of a software update, may interfere with the proper installation of a software update. If you are running the software on a network, make sure the Blue Ribbon Fair Management software is closed on ALL computers before installing.
Important Notes:
Installing the incremental update over any other versions than the 3.1.10.0409 or later program will make your system unusable. If you have any questions, please contact our Help Desk before proceeding with this update.
To install the update, please follow these steps:
1. Click on Fair Management Incremental Update (x86) 3.1.10.0409 to 3.1.10.0706.exe and Save it to your desktop.
2. Double click on the Fair Management Incremental Update (x86) 3.1.10.0419 to 3.1.10.0706.exe icon saved on your desktop, the self-extracting file will open.
3. Click on Ok to start the installation.
4. There will be several updated program files installed.
5. You can verify the software update was properly installed by starting Blue Ribbon Fair Management, and clicking on Help-About. You will see the file name winfair.exe with a scroll bar to the right of it. Click on the scroll bar until you see the file named winfair.exe. The date displayed to the right of winfair.exe will be July 6, 2010.
