If the fair pays the convenience fee without charging it to the exhibitor the rate is based on a sliding scale with $2.00 per online account being the maximum convenience fee charge and the minimum being $1.00 per exhibitor. The more exhibitors that enter online, the lower the per exhibitor account convenience fee rate the fair pays.
