Information we collect and how it is used

We automatically collect and store: the name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet; the Internet protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using; the browser software you use and your operating system; the date and time you access our sites; and the Internet address of the site from which you linked directly to our sites.

We use this information only as anonymous aggregate data to determine the number of visitors to different sections of our sites, to ensure the sites are working properly, and to help us make our sites more useful. We do not use it to track or record information about individuals. Generally, we delete this information after one year.

When you fill out a form requesting product information, we collect name, address, phone, email, and demographic information. This information may be used for marketing purposes.  By filling out our contact form you give Martech Systms, Inc. permission to contact you via email, mail or telephone.  MarTech Systems, Inc. does not rent, sell, or distribute names or email addresses of individuals that request product information.  We sometimes use list-serve e-mails to notify customers and potential customers about product updates and special features on our website.  Occasionally we may distribute the names of product customers to potential customers as references.  If you do not wish to be used as a reference, you may request so by emailing us via our contact form or contacting us at the above address.
